Crystallizing Effect Waterproofing Additive for Fresh Concrete Applications
Product Description
TTPlast CN® is a waterproofing additive that creates a crystallizing effect and seals capillary voids in fresh concrete, preventing water penetration.
Applications- In open or closed water conveyance channels,
- In hydraulic structures such as dams and culverts,
- In water reservoirs and swimming pool structures,
- In concrete elements exposed to water, in cases with low or high water pressure,
- In underground structures at risk of capillary water infiltration from both sides.
- Provides waterproofing by sealing capillary voids in the concrete,
- Enhances the durability of concrete and reinforcement by providing water resistance,
- Reduces the risk of plastic shrinkage cracking,
- Provides resistance to freezing,
- Improves the workability of concrete,
- Does not contain chlorides or harmful substances,
- Does not contain solvents.
- Shake well before use.
- Ensure that aggregates and mixing water are clean.
- TTPlast CN® should be mixed into the fresh concrete mixing water at a specified ratio. It should not be added directly to the dry mix.
- The ambient temperature during application should be at least +5°C.
- Proper curing of the concrete after pouring is essential.
TTPlast CN® requires an addition of 1-4% of the cement to the mixing water, depending on the thickness of the concrete exposed to water.
